INPUT DEVICES

An input device is any hardware device that sends


data to a computer, allowing you to interact with
and control it.
KEYBOARD

A computer keyboard is an input device used to


enter characters and functions into the computer
system by pressing buttons, or keys. It is the
primary device used to enter text.
MOUSE

• A computer mouse (plural: mice) is an input


device that moves along a flat surface that can
move the on-screen cursor to different items on the
screen ,by clicking the mouse you can select or
move a certain object
JOYSTICK
• A joystick is an input device consisting of a stick that
pivots on a base and reports its angle or direction to
the device it is controlling. ... Joysticks are
often used to control video games, and usually have
one or more push-buttons whose state can also be
read by the computer.
WEBCAM

• A webcam is a video camera that feeds


or streams its image in real time to or through
a computer to a computer network .
SCANNNER

• A scanner is a device that captures images from


photographic prints, posters, magazine pages, and
similar sources for computer editing and display.
MICROPHONE

• Microphone is a device containing a transducer for


converting sound waves into electrical signals that
can then be amplified, transmitted, and output
through a speaker.
