 Do Team work increase the performance and motivation of the employees of Peshawar?

 This Theory Focus on people, rather than upon machines or economics. The organizational environment is
not an organized social context. Human relations are important in motivating people. Motivation depends
upon teamwork, requiring co-ordination and cooperation of individuals involved.05-Oct-2022

 There is a positive relationship between Team work and Motivation level.

 For Null hypothesis
Ho : p = 0
Research approach and research methodology

 We have quantitative research approach because we want to know how many employees are motivated
through Team work
 A start will be from the hypothesis of the theory called human relations theory then we will Proof the
relationship between the variables Team Work and Motivation through hypothesis after which a descriptive
study will be held and finally we will conduct a data analysis on the basis of the data we got from a 10
respondents
Data collection method

 Our data collection method is a survey in which a tool Called questionnaire will be used to get the data from
the people we are going to research it consists of items which will give us the response of people and we use
scales to measure their information
Sampling/Sampling Technique/justification/Sample size

 Sampling : As we know Conducting a research from a whole population is hard and time consuming so we
choose a small portion of population which is known as sample we use different techniques to choose those
samples to get a true representatives
 Sampling technique and justification : Stratified Sampling is a technique we are going to use because its the
preferable technique to get the true representatives for our theory. In stratified sampling technique we divide
populations into stratums and then take the percentages of each strata for sample size
 Stratified sampling techniques involve most of the true representatives of the population because we make a
strata’s from population that’s the reason we used stratified sampling technique. We Have a theory whose
dependant variable is motivation and independent variable is team work out population will be corporate sector
because it is the place where most of the team works occur
 As it indicates itself from the name size of sample we are going to take from the population will be our sampling
size
