    Density of material is
    the mass per unit
    volume of material.
    Material that are less
    dense will float and
    will be above the
    material which are
    denser whereas
    materials which are
    less dense.

    is mass volume and
    density are three of an
    object’s most basic
    properties. Mass is how
    heavy something is,
    volume tells you how big
    it is and density is mass
    divided by volume.
    When density
    increases, volume
    decreases. When
    volume increases,
    density decreases.
    WHY IS DENSITY Density is
    USED?
    important
    concept because
    it allows us to
    determine what
    susstances will
    float and what
    substances will
    sink when placed
    in a liquid.
