Clear Air Act (1999) -Matagumpay na pinamunuan ng Greenpeace ang kampanya para sa pagpasa ng Republic Act No. 8749, o kilala bilang “The Philippine clean Air Act of 1999” na kinabibilangan ng hindi pa naganap na pambansang pagbabawal laban sa pagsusunog ng basura.
2.Ecological Waste Management Act (2001)
Kasama ang mga katuwang na grupo at komunidad sa kapaligiran, matagumpay na itinulak ng Greenpeace ang pag-apruba sa Philippine Ecological Waste Management Act (Republic Act No. 9003) na nag-uutos sa pagpapatupad ng mga front-end na estratehiya, katulad ng pagbabawas ng basura, paghihiwalay at pag-recycle upang malutas ang bansa mula sa krisis Ng basura Ang nagawang mga aktibidad: Sa kasalukuyan, ang Greenpeace Philippines ay nangangampanya upang itaas ang kamalayan at magdala ng tunay na aksyon upang malutas ang mga matitinding isyu sa kapaligiran tungkol sa ating klima, karagatan, pagkain, plastik, mga lungsod na matitirahan, gayundin ang katarungang panlipunan.
