EMOTIONS
Emotions are conscious
mental reactions (such as
anger or fear) subjectively
experienced as strong
feelings usually directed
toward a specific object
and typically accompanied
by physiological and
behavioral changes in the
body.
When you are too
emotional you could
not think properly
because your emotions
occupy your thoughts
this means there is
lesser space to analyze
the situation becuase
feelings occupy it.
BEHAVIOR
Behaviors are
bodily reactions
made based
from our feelings
that results to
action
Behavior is a
response to things
that are happening:
internally -
thoughts and
feelings.
example:
if we are feeling sad
and depress, we
might have
thoughts like we are
not worth loving or
we might behave
like stay in bed all
day.
on the other hand, if
we feel happy and
excited we might have
thoughts that is
positive and full of
energy. Always looking
forward for a bright
future ahead.

you will have a belief that you
want to stay single forever. You
might be overgeneralizing about
the idea that all men are
abusive.
