Gathering all MUST students for a potluch once

in a month to celebrate all student birthday
once and for all.Every student have to bring
dishes & drinks to celebrate.

W e choose this rectangle size of Flag to
Birthday Club because its look very details and
beautiful. We choose the Black colour of Flag
because its look more creativity and the
pictures that we insert will look forward for
audiences. we also choose blue colour for the
Birthday Club words and some colourfull of
birthday balloon because its look actual for the
birthday party.

simple and unique. we use capital letters for

location,organising transportation,catering,finance
department to ensure stick to the
budget.Organizing and make a checklist. Create
expense budget and contingency planning.

Create a guest list,prepare invitation,sending
invitation,follow up with guests who have not
coming.

 Hospitality Co-ordinator
Plan your menu,create a ashopping list,Thank you
card,decoration,cutlery,serving dishes,give aways.

 Programme Co-ordinator
Ensure the enviroment is under cintrol.Check on
the entries at the event.Sound equipment and
equipment maintanance,signage and teams
tranportation.

Plan party games and activities.Hire a

Conclusio
n
As a conclusion, participating in a club or an organization based around your particular area
of study will give you practical experience within that field. And what’s great about student
clubs is that while you learn to use skills like project management, event planning, and
fundraising, you get to test them out in a safe environment where making mistakes is okay.
Everyone is there to support you, so there’s no fear in messing up or being wrong. As
business students, you are able to apply classroom experience in your student organizations,
and also develop leadership and life skills that help you become more effective in classroom
team projects. Lastly, concentrating on schoolwork is obviously important during a graduate
program, but giving your mind a break is necessary. While taking part in club activities, you’ll
be able to socialize with like-minded individuals and actually learn as much from them as you
would your schoolwork.
