The recommended dosage is one tablet

( 100mg Ciprofibrate) per day.
 Renal impairment patient

 For moderate renal impairment (CrCl 30-80 mL/min)

dose should be reduced to one tablet every other day.

 For severe renal impairment (<CrCl 30 mL/min)

Ciprofibrate should not be used.
