Context
• Our study will be performed at Rafik Hariri
University which is located in Mechref Village-
Damour City, Lebanon. It incubates approximately
1000 students.
Methodology
Design
Participants For a well rounded research report , and to
For our researched we will chose a ensure getting accurate results, we will be
sample of 50 students and 30 utilizing the mixed-method design
doctors from different departments
to be surveyed.

Qualitative and quantitative data tools will be
used through our investigation both
questionnaires and interviews with both

Data Analysis Techniques

• Data obtained from questionnaires will be


analyzed using quantitative analysis methods
such as, SPSS to operate descriptive and
inferential statistical tests.
• Moreover, content analysis will be applied to
interpret the qualitative data obtained from
conducted interviews.

• How does Chatgpt impact students’
abilities and skills?
• Why do students resort to Chatgpt?
• How prevalent is cheating with
Chatgpt among students?
• How accurate is Chatgpt for students
to rely on?
Scope and Limitations
• Our study will not attempt to extend its findings
beyond the scope of RHU
• It will be also limited on highlighting the
drawbacks of Chatgpt on academia rather than
discussing the GPT language models and
professor strategies to detect and restrict its
usage.
Conclusion
Instructors must take immediate and
profound actions to prohibit the use of
Chatgpt among students in order to
protect their critical thinking skills and
creativity
