on ways to achieve self-improvement. Such
evaluations are commonly used for personal and
professional development.

WHAT INCLUDES IN A SMART
SHEET?

• Specific: What do you want to achieve? Why is it


important? What are the specific actions or steps
required?
• Measurable: How will you know when you have
achieved the goal?
CONT.

• Achievable: The goal should be realistic and attainable.


It should challenge you to strive for improvement but
should not be so overwhelming that it becomes
unattainable.
• Relevant: The goal should be relevant and aligned with
your overall objectives and priorities. It should be
meaningful and contribute to your personal or
professional growth.
• Time-bound: By when do you plan to achieve the goal?
