It was a pleasure learning and collaborating with Dante throughout his time at Dr Donald Massey School. His presence
in the kindergarten classroom has made a tremendous impact on the children. Dante’s lessons were comprehensive,
thoughtful and highly engaging for the children. This was evident in the excitement and engagement levels of the
children in the classroom.
Dante was an asset not only to our kindergarten program, but also to our school community. He consistently
demonstrated flexibility and a growth mindset which are extremely important when teaching during a pandemic. His
leadership and positive attitude made it a pleasure to collaborate and learn with Dante. Dante ’s most outstanding
quality is his ability to quickly develop excellent rapport with children and colleagues. He is friendly, caring and
enthusiastic about learning. He brings out the best in all children, teachers, and colleagues and gets everyone excited
about learning.
Dante did an exceptional job meeting the Teacher Quality Standards by planning and implementing quality teaching
standards, collaborating with colleagues, creating inclusive environments, supporting children with diverse and
complex needs, supporting multicultural learners, and integrating First Nations, Metis, and Inuit knowledge and
understandings.
I am glad Dante chose education as a profession. I am extremely impressed with his level of professionalism and his
commitment to providing quality learning opportunities for all students. I highly recommend him for any teaching
position as I know he would be an asset to any teaching team.
