WHAT IS E-MAIL AND WHAT IS THE USE
OF E-MAIL?

E-mail – The internet enables people to send and receive messages to and from all over the world in a short
period of time through electronic mail or e-mail. Electronic mail is commonly shortened to "e-mail". To use
e-mail, one must have a computer, an internet connection, and, most importantly, an e-mail address.

You can send e-mail to anyone who has an e-mail address. It is inexpensive and more convenient than snail
mail, which is the traditional way of sending letters through the postal system that takes from few days to
months. The recipient, or the person who receives your e-mail, can immediately reply to it as soon as he or
she receives it.
