activates the safety brake
The Disc Brake Electromagnetic

The electromagnet holds the


brake in place. When the
cabin needs to stop at the
floors, the electromagnet is
deactivated and the brake
pads clamp the brake disc to
stop the cabin when there is
a power outage.
