11. Measuring Cups– This is used to measure
dry and liquid ingredients accurately. It comes
in two types:
a. Dry Measuring Cups - used to measure
dry ingredients.
b. Liquid Measuring Cups - are used to
measure liquid ingredients.
12.Measuring Spoons– also known as
“Tablespoon” or “teaspoon” and are
designed to measure small amount of
ingredients like salt. Each comes in
different sizes from 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 to 1.
13. Scrapers – are made from
rubber and used for blending
mixture and scraping food items
from the bowl.
14. Tong – is made of metal
used to grab and transfer hot
and large food items from
the hot pot to a plate.
15. Wire Whisk - is made
of metal wire used for
mixing and beating eggs
16. Wooden Spoons - can be
slotted or perforated used for
preparing or cooking. To avoid
scratching the Teflon coated pots
or pans, this is best recommended
to be used.
17. Rotary Egg Beater is a
hand-held kitchen utensil
with rotating blades used
for beating, whipping or
mixing.
18. Pasta Spoon or Server is
use to transfer a little or much
cooked pasta to a waiting plate,
without mess.
