Blender- used to chop, blend, mix , whip, puree, grate and liquify all ingredients.
Rice Cooker- automated kitchen appliance designed to boil or steam rice.
Measuring glass- made of transparent glass or plastics used for measuring wet ingredients.
Plates- a broad, concave, but mainly flat vessel on which food can be served.
Funnels- are used to fill jars, made of various sizes of stainless steel , aluminum or plastics.
Wok- used in stir frying, steaming, pan & deep frying poaching, boiling, making soup and etc.
Refrigerator- necessary in prevening bacterial infections from food and food storage.
Household Scale- used to weigh large quantity of ingredients in kilos like flours, rice and etc.
Strainer- used to strain or sift dry ingredients.
Serving Tongs- used to grab and transfer food items, poultry or meat portions to a serving platter.
Cutting Boards- are wooden or plastic board used for cutting meat, fruits and vegetables.
Pressure Cooker- an air tight cooking device that cook food quickly.
Microwave oven- are used for ccoking or heating food.
Measuring Spoons- sets of spoons with different sizes for measuring ingredients.
Whisks- are used for blending, mixing, whipping eggs or batter and for blending sauces and soups.
Rubber Scraper- used to blend or scrape the food from the bowl.
Can opener- used to open food containers.
Teflon- a special coating applied inside that prevents food from sticking to the pan.
Oven- a chamber or compartment used for cooking, baking, heating or drying.
Graduated cups- are made of stainless or plastics with various measurement .
Wooden Spoon- made of hard wood which is used for creaming, stirring and mixing.
Kitchen knives- also referred to as chef’s tools used for all types of kitchen tasks such as peeling &
etc.
Double boiler- used when temperature must be kept below boiling & keep food warm without
overcooking.
Steam cooker- a small kitchen appliance used to cook or prepare various foods with steam heat.
