for what a recipe demands.

Five Most Important Utensils in the Kitchen
The utensils needed by big kitchens are different with small or home kitchens. These are the most five
important utensils which are very important to a kitchen. What are they?
One of the most important things in the kitchen is knife. A sharp knife can help us shape everything
ingredients into the proper cut based on the needs. We also need to make sure that our knives are always clean before
and after using it to any food. Next is cutting board. It is important to avoid knife mark sliced in the kitchen surface.
They are made of wooden, plastic, and sometimes glas. It is good if we can separate the cutting board for veggies and
meat. The third one is measuring cup. We might not always be sure with the amount of ingredients in cooking.
Measuring cup is very helpful for us to decide and it can be used both for liquid or dry ingredients. Another most
important utensils in the kitchen is spatula. It is important to help us stir and mix the food while cooking to make the
well and equally cooked. Spatulas are made of wooden or steel. The last are mixing bowls. We do needs bowls in our
kitchen to help us put the different ingredients separately. It also helps us save our time by keeping washing the same
bowl repeatedly.
Those are the most important things that every kitchen need beform we start using it. It is better to have
different utensils for different kinds of foods or wash it clean before using it for different food.
