• Formal Organization:

Is characterized by intentional
structure of Roles and responsibilities
coordinated towards achievement of
common goals.

• Line Organization :
- is the simplest and oldest form of
organization structure; the authority is delegated
directly from top to bottom.

executive has the authority to suggest on how such
