* PT ASA FURNITURE is a company engaged in the
production and sale of furniture.

* In line with the company's development, the


number of employees has grown rapidly in the
last few years from 300 to more than 1000
employees

*CLIENT
* Hire more empolyees at the time create the
gap between existing and new employees,
seniority and juniors.
* Jealousy, conflict, anxiety complements the
company's progress in terms of sales and
profits.

*PROBLEM
* How the company can do a good CHANGE
MANAGEMENT and how to develop old
employees to be able to compete and improve
competence in line with company development
and be able to compete in a healthy manner
with new employees entering.

*CHALLENGE
* We propose that the Employee Assistance
Program (EAP) be implemented.

* Internally digging company problems with the


ONE-ON-ONE COUNSELING method conducted
by Consultants & Experienced Psychologist
Teams .

*SOLUTION
* Throught EAP, company find out that
a. 91% of employees feel big pressure at work.

b. 78% of employees feel they have a problem with Higher


Level Management in this case the Board of Directors.

c. It was also found that the majority of employees felt


problems in HR development, training, and unclear
company culture.

d. 53% Employees at this early stage are considering other


jobs, of course, will greatly affect the company's turn over
in the future.

*Companies must make changes to the
communication system, improve its human
resource policies in line with the proposals given.

*The company must carry out the TEAM


ENGAGEMENT program as a whole in all of its
branches, to improve the quality of cooperation
and the spirit of a team is returned to the client
company.
