DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF HYDRAULIC SOLAR TRACKING SYSTEM

PRESENTED BY :-
1. YASHRAJ JAISWAR
2. VARUN GAIKWAD
3. SANGRAM DUBAL
OBJECTIVE:-
1. Easily replaceable solar panel if Damaged
2. Continuously tracking the sun.
3. Prepare Cad-Model of the tracking system which is less costly and
having less maintenance cost.
4. Material Selection and design calculation for Various parts of the
system.

1. Design and development of 2017 1. The conversion of solar energy into
Hydraulic solar tracking useful form is that the solar
system modules used are stationary.
Akshay Khandave, Shubham 2. This decreases the efficiency of
Kadam, Amol Shinde system.
3. The positions of the sun keeps on
changing every day, along with the
sun, solar panel have to move in
same direction.
4. The other solar tracking system also
used but they consume more
energy, which effects the efficiency
of solar panel.

 Problem statement :-
1. There are many problems associated with conventional solar panel because they are fixed in one direction.
2. Consider the environmental factors in which the system will operate, such as temperature, humidity, dust, and
vibration, and design the system to withstand and operate effectively under these conditions.

PROBLEM STATEMENT:- It’s pivoting mechanism rests on the ground so occupies a large space and this are not suitable
for climate with snow build up.

also maximize the
efficiency.
3. The main motive behind
that is operate with less
intraction in isolated
areas where there lack
network coverage.

 Problem statement:-
1. Design a tracking system capable of accurately following the sun's path in both the azimuth (East-West) and
elevation (North-South) axes to maximize solar energy capture throughout the day, thereby increasing energy
output from the solar panels.
