CIMB Bank Berhad was founded in Malaysia in 1974 and is


headquartered in Kuala Lumpur. It is an important regional
investment bank and an Islamic bank. This company has
employing about 16,699 people as of June 2019.

EXECUTIVES
NO COMPENSATION PACKAGE DETAIL

1. Salary Revision (Article 18) 12% plus 1 increment

2. Increment (Article 19) - Grade 35 RM400.00


- Grade 36 RM460.00

3. Transfer Allowance(Article 14) - RM3,000.00 (Married)


- RM2,000.00 (Single)

4. Outstation Transfer Housing Allowance - RM800.00 per month (Article 14) - RM800.00 per month (married)
- RM600.00 per month (single)

5. Work Outside Normal Hours (Article 21) i. RM40.00


i. For work not less than 1 hour ii. RM 60.00
ii. For work not less than 2 hours iii. RM 100.00
iii. For work not less than >3 hours

6. Work on Additional Rest Day, Rest Day (Article 21) And Public Holiday. i. RM 120.00
i. Up to 4 hours worked ii. RM 240.00
ii. Beyond 4 hours & up to 7 hours iii. RM 440.00
iii. Beyond 7 hours worked

➢ Compensation was given based on performance and productivity
➢ Given based on their level of responsibility and contribution to the Board
and Board Committees.
➢ The Compensation may vary based on their level of expertise, knowledge
and experience
➢ In the annual organizational appraisal, the Committee is responsible for
conducting the Annual appraisal to evaluate
the performance and effectiveness of their employees
whether executive or non -executive staff.
