My name is Tatiana León, I was born on July 20, 1991 and I am currently 32 years old. I studied customer
service assistant in 2010. I am currently studying advertising development at the Sena in file 2627189.

My name is Ebelin Tellez, I am currently 31 years old. I studied business administration, . I am currently
studying advertising development at the Sena in file 2627189.

In 2012 I worked as a commercial advisor in Claro and in 2014 I resigned, since she would not have job
stability since she had a labor contract. In 2014 I joined the company where I currently work as a business
advisor. If I had not resigned from my previous job, I would not have had job stability like the one I have
today.

In 2018 I applied for a job promotion, if I had not applied for this call I would not have had the opportunity
for a better salary. Nowadays, I should be in a higher position, but, because I do not have a university degree,
I cannot take the tests since the company requires certain requirements, and although I have the knowledge, I
do not meet the necessary study requirement, for this reason I decided to start studying at SENA so I could
have a better position and a better quality of life.

In 2025 I should be completing my technologist degree and thus be able to start tests either in this company or
look for a better job offer. For this I would have to continue focusing on being dedicated and working hard to
achieve my goals. If I achieve this, my quality of life and that of my family will improve and will be highly
rewarded.
