Bom adalah alat yang menghasilkan ledakn yang mengeluarkan energi secsrs besar
dalam rentan waktu singkat.kata bom berasal Yunani (bombos).Bom umumnya terdiri
atas wadah logam yang disi dengan bahan peledak atau bahan kimia.
