marketing can be used to improve the relationship
between a business and its customers or to gain new
customers.

Email Newsletter (e-Newsletter)
A newsletter is a great marketing technique and typically

is distributed once a month or more frequently depending
on your readers. This is usually the most viewed email
due to people have subscribed to it and are more likely to
read it. Most newsletters contain company information,
latest products or services, helpful articles, latest news of
your industry and recent offers or freebies for your
readers.
Service Emails
This is probably the most common type of email and

primarily used to encourage repeat business by
contacting your subscribed readers. Service emails
typically include some sort of promotional item, e-
newsletter distribution or offering email courses.
Press Releases
You’ll use this type of marketing tactic to distribute your

latest company information. You may choose to add a
new service or product to your business, announce
approaching events, classes, whatever you choose this
is one effective strategy to blast it out there for the
internet world. You can always add your latest press
release to your newsletter as well.
Surveys
Surveys are a great way to find out exactly what

challenges or problems your readers are facing. Send
the occasional survey to your list and then create a
solution for that particular problem. It shows your
readers that you are listening and that you genuinely
care about them and helping them find a solution to their
problem.
Invitations
It represents a simple invite to an event for the event you

are holding. Examples like trainings and exhibitions.
Catalog Emails
Catalog emails are typically electronically delivered

versions of print brochures that list popular products to
encourage the email recipient to make a purchase.
Catalog emails do not require printing and shipping costs

to be incurred.
Getting Started
Building an Email Address File
The first step in any email marketing strategy is to build

an email file – the fuel for your email marketing efforts.
Gather emails by:
• Getting in your email address list in your contact list like
MS Outlook Address Book.
• Using software like Email harvester/hunter/spider

Nurture the connection
You already have the connection with your customer by

having their email address. Now, you have to update
them by emailing latest news, new products, events
(trainings and exhibitions), new catalogues and others.

How to use Email Tarantula
Step 1 Download to our website the EMAIL TARANTULA. Here is the link
under Downloads (Softwares)

Step 2 Go to the directory where you save the file.
Step 3 Extract the file.
Click here to extract

Step 4 Install the Email Tarantula Setup file.
Step 5 After installation is finish, go to
C:\Program Files\Trial Tarantula (Windows XP / Windows 7 -32bit) or
C:\Program Files (x86)\Trial Tarantula (Windows 7 - 64bit)
Step 6 Open the directory which you save the Email Tarantula. Then go to
Crack folder and copy the Email Tarantula file
Step 7 Paste the Email Tarantula file in the directory,
C:\Program Files\Trial Tarantula (Windows XP / Windows 7 -32bit) or
C:\Program Files (x86)\Trial Tarantula (Windows 7 - 64bit)

Step 8 The software is now installed and you can start using Email
Tarantula.
Step 9 Click the Email Tarantula.
Step 10 Input the keyword you want to search email and click SEARCH
button. Example: electrical installer uae
Step 11 All the emails being search will be displayed.
Step 12 When it is finished searching, click SAVE button.
Step 13 Theres a pop up asking, “Do you want to save the URLs alongwith
the Email?”, click NO. DONE…

How to filter Bad Emails
USING TEXT BOMBER

Step 1 Download Text Bomber in SmartHomeBus website under
Downloads (Softwares).

Step 2 After downloading extract the files.
click here
Step 3 Go to the folder where you extracted the files. Click TextBomber
Step 4 Click Open File(s). Then select the file you want to filter the emails.
Step 5 Click Clean Duplicate Addresses.
Step 6 Click Remove Bad Addresses.
Step 7 After filtering bad emails, click Save File. Then choose the text file
you filter. Save as type: Text File (*.txt)
USING LIST MANAGER

Step 1 Download the file List Manager in SmartHomeBus Website under
Downloads (Softwares)
Click here
Step 2 After downloading the file, extract the list manager
Click here
Step 3 Open the directory where you extracted the files. Then install the file
listmngr.exe
Step 3 Open the directory where you extracted the files. Then install the file
listmngr.exe
Step 4 After finish installing List Manager. Open it. Go to Cleaning menu
then Advanced..
Step 5 Click Add (Domain Names to Remove) if you want to remove some
specific domain names like .edu, .gov, youtube.com, etc…

Step 6 Click Add (Text to Remove) if you want to remove some specific
text like subscriber, user, email, domain, abc, spam, etc.. Then press OK.
Click here
Step 7 Click Open File, choose the file which you want to filter bad emails.
Step 8 Once you open the file, click the Clean List
Step 9 After cleaning the list of emails, click SAVE button. Replace the old
one, and Save as type: Text files (*.txt) . Now the email list is filtered.

USING MS WORD 2007 AND OUTLOOK
Step 1 Open MS Word Office

Step 2 Go to Mailings Tab

Step 3 Compose you letter which you will blast

Step 4 After you finish on your letter, go to Start Mail Merge, then click
E-mail Messages

Step 5 Then go Select Recipients, and click Use Existing List

Step 6 Pop-up will come out. Go to the Directory where your collected
emails are located. Click your email collected xls file.

Step 7 Then Go to Finish & Merge. Click Send E-mail Messages

Step 8 Merge to E-mail window will come out. Fill up the details.
To: (which column in xls are the emails), Subject line: (Subject of your email) &
Mail format: (HTML). Then click ok

Step 9 It will automatically send to all the emails you have in the xls file
using MS Outlook. DONE.

There are some other options like xls or ms access. Then click Next

Message Drafts, then New Message

Then type the letter you want to blast. Then click Send Message.

now your computer sending. It will take time.
