register in Nigeria 2009 as fully integrated company registered with the Corporate Affairs
Commission (CAC) of the Federal Republic of Nigeria under the Companies and Allied
Matter Act of 1990 with the RC:802307.

Shomas Supply & Logistics Nig. Ltd. Is registered with IOCs in Nigeria who are highly
committed to the upstream segment of the oil and gas industry.
As an international service provider, we are highly organized to effectively manage and execute
projects and services which are undertaken under contract with companies such as Chevron
Nigeria Ltd, Total E & P, Exxon Mobil, Seplat, Kaduna Refining & Petrochemical Company,
Nigerian Gas Company, Oriental Energy Resources Limited, and Newcross Exploration &
Production Limited.

of RO (Reverse Osmosis) water makers.
Moreover, we manufacture, supply, maintain,
and service RO water makers, ensuring a
reliable source of clean water at both onshore
and offshore locations.

Hunan Yasco Engineering Materials Co. Ltd

We recently undertook the supply of Chevron EGTL accommodation
structural upgrade materials.
 PROCUREMENT SERVICES
We excel in procurement and installation of Oil and Gas servicing
equipment, parts, and fittings.
 OTHER SERVICES
Our capabilities extend to oil spill control and
remediation, with a running contract at Ovhor
Swamp Rig.
Additionally, we provide onshore and offshore
security support, backed by a successful track
records.
Currently, we have a contract with Seplat providing
offshore/onshore security support.
