1. ABOUT US

 We are a 100% locally owned company with a sixty percent sole

proprietary ownership (60%) and a forty percent(40%)stake
holding for investors.

 BAOS SL. was founded in 2012 to provide reliable engineering

support, competent personnel placement & asset integrity
management services to the oil & gas sector in Equatorial Guinea
and the sub Saharan region of Africa .

 We are a people oriented company with a safety culture

paramount to every other activity in our line of business. HSE is
an integral part of our core values. We will simply not carry out
any job unless it has been: ASSESSED,EVALUATED AND

7. Asset Integrity Management Inspection services (AIMS)
BAOS SL provides AIMS to the petroleum and chemical industries. Using
experienced personnel our services are provided through conventional &
specialized non-invasive testing & monitoring techniques for onshore &
offshore facilities including:

Topside In –service inspection of tanks, piping, pipelines, pressure vessels,

manifolds, flare booms
Splash zone inspection of jacket legs, risers, conductors etc
Cathodic protection surveys of jacket legs, risers, conductors & monitoring of
ICCP & sacrificial anodes
Risk Based Inspection (RBI) of facilities
8. CATHODIC PROTECTION (CP) ENGINEERING SERVICES
BAOS SL offers CP engineering services to oil & gas, Petrochemical
& EPC companies, we can take your project from initial site survey
and design through to installation, commissioning and testing.
