This exercise is a great way to get students thinking about how different
elements come together to create a specific theme or tone.
There are QRCodes and shortened URLs for students to work at their own
pace, or you can go through each one with them leaving the last one to view
together but complete on their own. There are two final questions students can
complete as an exit ticket or can be used as class discussion.
The answers I’ve given are samples only. Tone, mood, and everything else
involved in this lesson is subject to opinion and will likely vary depending on who
you ask. The videos are all found on YouTube.com and are appropriate for high
school students.
