West Java (#Pickup Orders)

We categorize clusters into five category based on their monthly volume:

1. Less than 5,000 orders
2. More than 5,000 but less than 20,000 orders
3. More than 20,000 but less than 50,000 orders; and
4. More than 50,000 but less than 200,000 orders
5. More than 200,000 orders

Each cluster digitized over West Java map with these colors as identifier each
category. The number inside these sample clusters are the score a cluster have.

Method that we used is we compare all clusters (district) value by sum score from the
particular entity and total score from entities around it.

Since AAA have MSH already, then score from AAA is not valid for other entities.

For example, to know value of CBB cluster, we need to sum the score of CBB cluster
itself and score of clusters around it, which is clusters: PDL, PWA, AAA, BJA, and SBM
KOTA.

Cluster CBB is WHITE so the score is 1

Cluster PDL is BEIGE so the score is 2
Cluster PWA is BEIGE so the score is 2
Cluster AAA is not valid
Cluster BJA is WHITE so the score is 1, and
Cluster SBM KOTA is YELLOW so the score is 3
Then, value of CBB is 1+2+2+1+3= 9

waypoints:
1. Less than 100 waypoints
2. More than 100 but less than 500 waypoints
3. More than 500 but less than 1,000 waypoints; and
4. More than 1,000 but less than 5,000 waypoints
5. More than 5,000 waypoints

After hearing feedbacks and thoughts from
stakeholders, even though we already got the highest
value clusters from each area, we decide:
1. For Northeast Jabar area, we choose Kabupaten PDL PWA SNG IDM CBN

Cirebon as MSH location.

2. For Northwest Jabar area, we choose
Kabupaten Karawang as MSH location.
3. For Southwest Jabar area we choose Kota CBB AAA SMD KNG

Sukabumi as MSH location.

4. For Southeast Jabar area, we choose Kota

Its shows that for MSH-Sukabumi, MSG-

Tasikmalaya and SH-Karawang pickup order
types is 100% C2C.

For DP pickup distribution are at MSH-

Bandung (56.90%) and MSH-Cirebon
(92.90%)

From this figure, we know exactly that total Delivery Distribution in West Java is 101,181 orders/day
(30.18% of total nationwide delivery)
