 Therefore, HPC requested to direct BESCOM for:

• Concurring BMRCL for drawl of Power up to 50 MVA at 66 kV level at each station during emergencies, i.e.,
complete outage of One/Two RSS.
• Exemption from levying penalty to BMRCL for the additional Maximum Demand drawl during such exigencies.
