There is a saying that “time waits for no one”. In todays fast life TIME is one of the most precious
limited resources as it is cannot be renewed which makes it an extreme concern for the entire world.
There are various reasons because of which entire world is becoming very unstable and unsatisfied
throughout their lifetime, because they focus more on controlling time instead of utilizing it. There are
some constraints mentioned below:-

 Exhaustion
 Disengaged
 Unhealthy
 Less Enthusiastic
 Fatigue

And all such factors leads to one or other events which most of the individual faces throughout their
work journey.
“When there is will, there is a way” that is, finding the next best alternative for time
so that we can make a full use of it in a better and innovative way.
So here comes ENERGY, that is, increasing the output of every next second, and
adding to the total efficiency. So in same amount of time we can be more productive.
