Aromatherapy is the practice of using essential oils
for therapeutic benefit. Aromatherapy has been used
for centuries. When inhaled, the scent molecules in
essential oils travel from the olfactory nerves
directly to the brain and especially impact the
amygdala, the emotional center of the brain.

Aromatherapy massage oil is a product of innovation

using ingredients from essential oils that are not only
used as relaxation, but also have benefits as
antioxidants.

Tuberose, (Polianthes tuberosa), perennial garden plant of the
asparagus family (Asparagaceae), cultivated for its fragrant
flowers. The tuberose is native to Mexico, and the flowers are
used in the manufacture of perfumes.
The tuberose has long bright green leaves clustered at the base
and smaller clasping leaves along the stem. The fragrant waxy
white flowers are borne in a cluster at the tip of the stem and
bloom at night. The roots are fleshy and tuberous.

The Key lime or acid lime (Citrus Aurantifolia) is a
citrus hybrid native to tropical Southeast Asia. It
has a spherical fruit, 25–50 mm in diameter. The
Key lime is usually picked while it is still green, but
it becomes yellow when ripe.
It is widely used because of its antibacterial,
anticancer, antidiabetic, antifungal, anti-
hypertensive, anti-inflammation, anti-lipidemia, and
antioxidant properties; moreover, it can protect
heart, liver, bone, and prevent urinary diseases.
