Developing Planning Part I
The National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) in
the Philippines, established in 1973, was responsible for economic
planning. It took over the roles of the National Economic Council
and Presidential Economic Staff. NEDA created plans for
economic growth, fiscal responsibility, and social services under

infrastructure development and attracting private capital
