WHAT ARE THE NECESSITIES FOR

ISSUE?
CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT

• Inconsistent behavior
• A lacking lesson plan
• Excessive authority
• Inability to detect problems and their solutions
HOW TO BETTER MANAGE THE
CLASSROOM
• Be aware of the tone of your voice
• Establish the rules of your classroom and try to enforce them equally
• Respect and love your students
• Try to make all of the class engage with the lesson
• Create an efficient lesson plan and communicate with the students
• Be friendly
• Be connected with your students
LACK OF EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION

• Do you think effective communication is important, why?

• Communication is key in classroom so the teacher should know how to utilise this skill in a
school environment.
• Effective teaching is a skill that every teacher needs to have. If you are not communicating
with your student right, they might lose interest in your class, or they might not learn anything
at all and we do not want that, do we?
• You are required to motivate students to learn and manage the classroom with your
communication skills.
LIFE-LONG LEARNING
• To provide their students with the right information teachers need to continuously keep up with
the recent developments in education.

• As helpful as we could consider this constant learning process, with the always changing ways
of our education system, this could easily take away from the teacher’s time to unwind and
destress. Leading to burnout on the long run.
