BOOK: UNIT 6, LESSON A
GRAMMAR: SIMPLE PAST (IRREGULAR VERBS AFFIRMATIVE FORM)
The past simple is used to talk about actions that have happened before,
which can be recent or more distant in time.
To form the past simple, the first thing we have to know is whether it is a
regular or irregular verb, since its conjugation is very diverse.
Unfortunately, there are no rules for forming irregular verbs, so you have
to memorize them and learn them with practice.
