Business Description
Jukei’s Kitchen is located in San Vicente, Sto. Tomas Batangas which aims to cater customers in
our subdivision and nearby barangays.
My business idea is to offer homemade embutido, as our specialty product, that is freshly made
at an affordable price. There are so many competitors in the market making this kind of food but only
few are offering a real-embutido taste that would make you feel as if it is like a special occasion on your
everyday meal.
There are so many quick-to-go option products for those who have no time to cook, but very
few offer healthy options and I see that there are local healthy products that can be utilized.
As a health conscious person, I plan to use local farmers for their meat and vegetables to
ensure it’s freshness and health safety.
I will be offering my product within our community first so that they can easily access at a
lower cost than going to the market which will cost them additional transportation cost.
This is also to guarantee them it is freshly made everyday and no preservative added for a
healthier lifestyle.

Procurement & Marketing Strategy:
Major materials such as meat and vegetables will be supplied by our local
farmers in our community in a daily basis within Batangas and Laguna.
We want to guarantee the “freshly made” and “no preservative” motto of our
products. We are pre-selling it the day before production to prevent unsold items
which will then need to be frozen. We will prepare it early in the morning and be
delivered by batch before lunch and before dinner as per customer’s request.
For the convenience of our customer and for fast transaction, we will be
selling it thru social media and payment can be made thru online bank transfer,
GCASH and the like.
