Five Points of
Architecture
Le Corbusier developed the Five Points
of Architecture, a set of design
principles that became the cornerstone
of M odernist architecture. These
principles included pilotis (supporting
columns), free facade, open floor plan,
horizontal windows, and roof gardens.
