Wonosegoro Boyolali played scrabble in their weekly practice in the school mosque yard.
Friday started at 2 pm is the time for students of SMA N 1 Wonosegoro to take part in
selected extracurricular activities. Each student joins an extracurricular group of his choice
to carry out various activities in order to develop their respective talents and interests. The
duration of practice time is 60 minutes.
• The English Club as one of the OSIS organizational units at SMA N 1 Wonosegoro carries
out various kinds of weekly routine activities, one of which is playing scrabble. Scrabble
itself is a board game or board game that is quite interesting. The players will take the letters
and have to arrange the letters into a word and place them in the boxes on the board. Each
letter has its own points, as well as several positions on the board that provide bonus points
when filled. The strategy in this game is to memorize English words so that they are able to
see the possible words that can be made from the letters obtained and produce a high score
for each word. In this game, the members of English Club was divided into 6 groups
consisted of 6 students.
• By playing Scrabble, players will become very often in touch with the dictionary, read
English texts, even string English words from a series of visible letters. “This game was
conducted to enrich the students vocabulary in a fun situation.This is because scrabble game
forces players to memorize English words. The more words you know, the greater the chance
of winning”,said Mrs Wiji Kurniasih, the English Club builder of SMA N 1 Wonosegoro

November 10 Institute of Technology (ITS) in Surabaya to develop electric dirt
motorbikes as part of developing the electric vehicle ecosystem in Papua.
Bambang Pramujati, the ITS Deputy Rector, said that the university is
tasked to provide 34 electric trail (e-trail) motorcycles which are modified from
gasoline fueled dirt motorbikes, while giving training to 16 Papua youths in the
process. “The training is expected to be a transfer of knowledge to the Papua
youth. They are trained to be able to assemble, maintain and use the e-trail in
the future,” Bambang said in Surabaya on Thursday.
The training will involve six youths from Puncak Jaya Regency in
Central Papua, five students from Yahukimo regency in Papua Highland and five
students from Cendrawasih University in Papua. Upon completion, the e-trail
will be distributed in Puncak Jaya and Yahukimo

charging stations, especially those with solar panels for regions without
electricity infrastructures. “Cooperation with the ITS is part of several plans we
have to improve the welfare of Indonesians,” said the Ministry’s director for
