Price Negotiator E-commerce Using

machine learning
Abstract:
• Negotiation is a term that refers to the contact or conversation between
two parties that leads to a mutually beneficial solution for both parties. By
using machine learning concepts have proven to be a powerful tool for
customer happiness and an unrivalled resource for businesses, helping
companies save time and money. Customer service can be improved by
using a chat-bot in the fast developing e-commerce industry. Various
automated negotiation agents have been created to date.
• Negotiation is a mix of linguistic and intellectual difficulties. It necessitates
the expression of an intention for anything. FAIR researchers defined
conversation roll-out as a notion for constructing long-term planning
dialogue agents.
Aim:
• The aim of this work is the design and implementation for
Covenant University Shopping Mall.
Keywords:
• SVM - Support Vector Machine,
• NLP - Natural Language Processing,
• Negotiation, E-Commerce Field.
Objectives:
• Price Negotiator E commerce introduced a system that
makes the e-commerce sites to have their works in
efficient manner. This E commerce System project would
helps to automate the online selling and negotiation
based on price of product.
Introduction:
• Covenant University Shopping Mall (CUSM) is a store where Covenant
University students, faculty, and staff can purchase for a variety of things
ranging from groceries to other necessities. The shopping mall is mostly used
by undergraduate students to obtain critical and everyday things of
immediate demand. The shopping mall currently lacks an online inventory
service that allows students who visit the business to check the current stock
availability of the things they want to buy before going in to buy them in
person. Because of the considerable distance between the undergraduate
hostels where students live and the retail mall, this deficiency is a genuine
source of tiredness and rage among students. Students frequently travel a
considerable distance to the store only to be disappointed when the things
they want are either unavailable or out of stock.
Existing System:
• In existing system CNN techniques are used
• It out comes with the no proper accurary score
Drawbacks:-
Time consumption is more for loading the data.
Accuracy level is also not upto the satisfied level.
Proposed System:
• The development of the deep Natural Language Processing
(NLP) and datasets with machine learning algorithms and deep
learning algorithms. The development of a database of items
currently stocked by the shopping mall.

Advantages:-
• Accuracy level is improvised and the results are compared
to know the best accurate results .
• Time consumption is less .
Applications:
• Price Negotiator Ecommerce Using Machine learning ·
Selling online: This application can help the shops to sell
the products through the online mode.
System Architecture:
Modules:
• Data collection
• Data Pre-processing
• Feature Extraction
• Evaluation Model
Data Collection:
• Our input data will be collected in a dataset format which
is consisting of past records of the problem statement .
Data Pre-processing:
• Formatting- improper data will be converted into a proper
format.
• Cleaning- filtering of data by eliminating all unwanted data
present in our input .
• Sampling – our filtered data will be divided into number of
samples
Feature Extraction:
• Here we do apply correlation function and also extract the
features of each and every attribute information in a
graphical format just to make the system understand our
data in a simpler format .
Extraction Model:
• This is the output block . Here the algorithm result of
prediction can be found .the accuracy result will be
observed and the system is going to give certain
calculations in a report format which is called
classification report and the output data will be
represented in a matrix format which is called confusion
matrix
System Requirements:
Hardware
• Windows 7,8,9,10,11.RAM 4GB.
Software
• Anaconda Navigator
• Python Langangue
• Jupyter notebook
