1. INTRODUCTION
• We are living in an era where so many people are depending on technology. The majority of
people are preferring to purchase the goods online with a few finger clicks.
• The demand for online vegetables has already grown from its small base. People started buying
vegetables, grocery and food supplies online due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Thousands of stores
moved online coronavirus pandemic is transforming people’s needs and behavior and putting the
focus on the sell vegetables online
• If you are engaged in farming and are willing to start your independent business to be inbut don’t
have much knowledge and resources to get started, we have come up with a simple solution – an
online business that can ensure you a guaranteed income throughout the year. You need not be a
graduate for this business, nor will you need a huge amount vested.
2. LITERATURE REVIEW
• The research was conducted on the Sayur Box website (www.sayurbox.com) which sells
organic fruits and vegetables online in Indonesia. The research location was limited to the
Jabodetabek area as this is adjusted to the location of the product delivery set by the company.
Fruit and vegetables may be marketed directly by producers to consumers or non-directly through
terminal market firms, wholesalers, brokers, processors, cooperatives, private packing facilities or
buyers for retail outlets.

4. IMPLICATION OF STUDY
• Online markets provide healthier food items that are fresher than the ones
available in supermarkets.
• This is sales by the farmer direct to the consumer.Different studies show that
many consumers prefer direct contact with the producer/seller compared to an
impersonal service, although the latter are in some cases more efficient. One of
the main advantages of direct sales to consumers is the opportunity to reduce
marketing costs and to add value to the product. In this way, the profit margin
is increased. Producers need to become aware of existing marketing tools in
order to maximize sales.so it is convenient for almost everybody everywhere.
