• target population for the study:- my friends from my


state and relatives and consumer near around

the years company has outreached it’s market
value in terms of customer relation by proving
wide variety of products.
• Not only that customers also love there
products and loyalty index is very hingh incase
of sudha company.
• So perception of sudha dairy product in
comparison to its competitors has very huge
difference in bihar.

Sudha is a source of pride in Bihar, especially in Patna, where it
holds a major market share. Its wide product range and focus on
hygiene have earned consumer trust and satisfaction.

• Local competition from Raj milk is strong, with 34% choosing it


after Sudha. Sudha also faces national competition from Amul
(30%), followed by Mother Dairy and Heritage.

• Sudha's affordable pricing strategy caters well to the middle-


income group. About 82% consider its prices average, with most
buyers falling in the Rs. 15,000 to 25,000 salary range.

• Consumers desire innovation in taste and quality improvement,


signaling an opportunity for Sudha to expand its product range.
Effective food advertising could further bolster its brand presence
and market standing.
