• Reduce Cost of grease order by 10% in total cost • There is excessive use of grease on trunnion and pinion gear mesh resulting in excess
• Improve house keeping – minimize excessive grease clean-up grease spill into catchment trays and eventually ends up in the process and sump pumps.
• Improve sump pump bog caused by grease spill
• Avoid process upset caused by grease ingress in process recovery
