Question of analysis
In what ways did the Scientific Revolution impact
the relationship between science and religion?
- Understanding the impact is crucial for gaining insights into historical
developments, societal changes, and the evolution of thought.
- The Scientific Revolution undermined the supremacy of church as the
most powerful institution as well as the Bible.
- Publication of Darwin's book on evolution helped spread the
information and new ideas.
- Scientific ideas made the Church prohibit the books. (IvyPanda, 2023)
