 1. Phân loại điện văn SITA
● Điện văn dạng văn bản tự do (free text): Là dạng điện văn
có cấu trúc về nội dung không tuân theo quy định của IATA.
● Điện văn không ở dạng tự do: là điện văn có cấu trúc về nội
dung tuân theo quy định của IATA. Tuy nhiên, các hãng
thường có những thay đổi nhất định để phù hợp với hệ thống
nội bộ của hãng mình.

 2.1. Hàng tiêu đề
● Message ID : Ngày và giờ điện văn được gửi
● Ex:

 2.2. Địa chỉ đài nhận
Địa chỉ đài nhận bao gồm:
● Độ khẩn (QX, QU, QK, QN, QD): Gồm 2 ký tự
đầu chỉ tốc độ điện theo thứ tự ưu tiên (gọi là độ
khẩn) giảm dần: QX (Express), QU , QK (gửi
chậm nhất sau 10 phút), QN, QD (Delivery).
● Địa chỉ đài nhận (VD: SGNKLVN)

 Cấu trúc địa chỉ SITA:
Địa chỉ SITA là một chuỗi gồm 7 ký tự:
● 3 ký tự đầu là code thành phố hay sân bay (HAN,
PAR, SGN, CDG…nơi đặt máy SITA)
● 2 ký tự tiếp theo đại diện cho cơ quan văn phòng
nơi nhận hoặc gửi điện
● Hai ký tự sau cùng là code của hãng Hàng Không
sở hữu máy SITA

 Cấu trúc địa chỉ SITA:
Ghi chú:
● Đôi khi các điện văn SITA được gửi từ các bộ quản lý của các
Airlines thì code 3 ký tự đầu không phải là code thành phố mà
là HDQ (Head quarter).
Ví dụ: HDQOOVN : điều hành bay của hãng Vietnam Airlines.
● Hiện các thành viên của SITA không nhất thiết là các hãng
Hàng Không nên đôi khi 2 ký tự sau cùng không phải biểu thị
code hãng Hàng Không.

 2.6. Phần kết thúc
● Đối với điện văn không phải là dạng văn bản tự do : Kết
thúc điện là END và theo sau là tên điện (ví dụ:
ENDMVT). Nếu điện văn được chia làm nhiều phần, thì
cuối mỗi phần là ENDPART1,2…. Sau đó, phần kết thúc
điện giống như điện văn chỉ có một phần.
● Đối với điện văn là dạng văn bản tự do, hoàn toàn không
có quy định nào. Tuy nhiên người gửi thường viết TKS N
BRGS (thanks and best regards), BRGDS, MNY TKS
(many thanks)…rồi viết tên mình
