Summary is a concise and condensed version of a longer text, capturing its main points. It plays a
significant role in reading comprehension for several reasons. First, summaries facilitate comprehension

ideas, summaries provide a clearer understanding of the text's core message.

Second, summarizing enhances memory retention as it allows us to remember the key ideas without being
