• A convention center is a large building that is designed to hold a
convention, where individuals and groups gather to promote and
share common interests.
PROJECT BRIEF
• Convention centre requires one convention hall, two mini convention
halls, one exhibition hall, one restaurant and parking facilities And
other required facilities , within a 56000 sq ft plot , for 3000 people
once in atime use .
NEED FOR THE PROJECT
• Convention centers typically offer sufficient floor area to
accommodate several thousand attendees.Meetings, Incentives,
Conference and Exhibitions (MICE) are today becoming an important
segment of the tourism industry. Our country therefore needs more
Convention and Exhibition Centers to meet the requirement of this
lucrative segment of the tourism.

• It is an integrated 291,000 square
foot (27,000 m²) facility with a 287-
room-capacity business hotel,
Novotel Hyderabad, covering 15
acres (6 ha). This air-conditioned
center can be configured to
increase seating capacity to about
6,500.It has an internal hall
measuring 6,480 square meters,
which can be partitioned into six
smaller halls. The pre-function
foyer area itself exceeds 6400 sq.m.
