are gathered. The concept of a business park, includes office space, concert and
sports halls,co-working and event halls, apartments, restaurants and commercial
premises.

To design a high quality business environment that provides abundant business
opportunity,employment, and recreation in a functional and attractive
environment.

( reception, atrium ,administration ,meeting rooms ,lecture room ,
conference hall , open layout offices , closed layout offices, community
workspace , management department , storage, toilets )

3. HEALTHCARE - 2300 sq.m

(reception,pharmacy,clinics ,storage, IT , cafeteria ,toilets )

4. ENTERTAINMENT - 4500 sq.m
