BCU (BAY CONTROL UNIT)

• BCU plays vital role in performing any operation.

• We usually make it on Remote because we have to perform the operation
from SCADA.
• When we give any command from SCADA then it first goes to BCU, it is
then executed from there if it is on Remote mode.
• BCU is mainly used in case when we are unable to perform particular
operation from SCADA.

• Usual Display of BCU.

• First of all get Log in.

• After pressing the Log in enter the password in our

case that is 666666.
• Press enter after that you are Logged in.

• Now go in menu and then select .

• Press the left navigator key to enter.

• After that go in Switching authority.

• Switch the Switching authority as
per requirement (Remote/Local).

• After changing the authority go

on main page where SLD is
shown.
• Press Ctrl key to select the
Equipment which you want to
OPEN/CLOSE.
• Press the I/O (Green/Red button)
to Open/Close the Equipment.
