• All 30 participants participated in multiple set of quizzes of 15 questions on
each process.
• We took one case study of ownership identification and problem statement
across SCM and Project Management team of Ecocat.
• Hypothesis: In the context of the conflict situation between the Supply Team and
Project Manager, we hypothesize that the root cause of the conflict is a breakdown in
communication and understanding of each other's roles and priorities. We posit that
by implementing a structured communication framework, clarifying roles and
responsibilities, and fostering a collaborative environment, we can mitigate the
conflict and enhance overall project efficiency and team cohesion.
