OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY

The objectives of this study are as follows:

 To identify the key human resource practices used in the healthcare industry.

 To evaluate the effectiveness of human resource practices in the healthcare


industry.

 To identify the challenges facing healthcare organizations in managing their


human resources.

 To identify the innovative practices healthcare organizations can adopt to address


the challenges facing their human resources.

 To provide recommendations for healthcare organizations to develop effective


human resource strategies that enhance patient care outcomes and contribute to
overall organizational success.
Findings
• It is found that the employees are very much satisfied with the working
premises.

• It is found that most of the employees in the organization are happy to


spending time at work.

• It is found that most of employees are worked normally 5 days in a week.

• It is found that physical working conditions in the organization are satisfied.

• It is found that employees are satisfied by the recruitment process.


SUGGESTIONS

 We should develop a comprehensive recruitment and retention strategy that includes


attracting and retaining top talent.

 We should invest in employee training and development programs that enable staff to
acquire new skills and knowledge to stay up to date with industry trends and best
practices.

 Effective communication and collaboration are essential for delivering high-quality


patient care and promoting a positive work environment.

 The healthcare industry is fast-paced and demanding, and employees may face
significant stress and burnout.

 Organizations are subject to numerous industry regulations, and human resource


departments must ensure compliance with these regulations to avoid fines, lawsuits, and
reputation damage.
CONCLUSION
 In this study, an effort has been made to assess the employee’s satisfaction so as to
improve the performance of the hospital. A brief analysis is made about the factors, which
are closely related to the hospital services in order to assess the satisfaction of the patient.
The most important factor is patient care it includes the services and behavior of staff in
absence of adequacy of this factor excellent facilities are not likely to produce the desired
results. Patients’ feedbacks are essential in order to measure performance and to make
healthcare professionals more aware of aspects enhancing user’s satisfaction.

 In conclusion, effective human resource practices are critical for healthcare organizations
to attract and retain qualified and motivated staff, promote patient safety and quality care,
and adapt to changing industry trends and regulations. By developing a comprehensive
recruitment and retention strategy, emphasizing diversity and inclusion, investing in
employee training and development, fostering effective communication and collaboration,
promoting work-life balance, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations,
healthcare organizations can create a positive and supportive work environment and
deliver high-quality patient care.
