I've been super obsessed with
games since I was a kid and I
always wanted to work as a game
developer. I have the skill to
create character models in game
engines like unity, which
allows me to create how an entity
looks like.

• Game development requires a blend of technical and

creative skills. Proficiency in programming languages
like C++, Java, or Python is important, coupled with
strong problem-solving abilities for coding challenges.
Creative skills come into play for designing characters
and environments.
• As the software market grows, the Nordic
countries need help finding enough
independent developers. Game developers
are in high demand in all Nordic countries,
but they are especially difficult to
find in Sweden.

annual salary for a game developer in
Sweden ranged from approximately
500,000 Swedish Krona. This could
vary based on factors such as
experience, specialization, and the
specific company.

earnings, according to social security, and potentially dealt

In other words, game developers need to
