What is a Leader?
A leader is someone who inspires and guides a team of people or a single person toward
achieving a certain objective (Emeritus, 2022).

School leadership has three main responsibilities: (a) deciding what to do to help the
school concentrate its efforts on helping students achieve the learner objectives throughout
the school; (b) giving staff more authority; and (c) promoting staff commitment,
involvement, and shared responsibility for student learning. (TES, 2024).
Leadership Roles
A leader is a person who is responsible for managing, organizing, and directing
employees. They are leaders who inspire and push their group to accomplish the goal. If
you are required to lead people as part of your job, it is essential that you comprehend
what leadership is.

Coaching Cycle
The Process of Coaching in Education

• A year-round coaching mechanism is in place to assist faculty members and instructors.

Assistance might take the form of monitoring by the leadership team, help with classroom
management, and help with teaching (Tarski-Rodriguez, 2022).
• A coach's goals are to keep teachers on staff and support their professional development.
• The coach cycle method comprises the following: - Realistic expectation setting
- Recognizing difficulties and possible problems
- Providing opportunity for teachers to flourish as learners
- Making observations, assessing, and having candid conversations about expectations.
Implementation
At the beginning of the school year, the leadership team will be put into place. To further
strengthen our teacher/leadership team, we provide a variety of professional development
opportunities throughout the year (TES, 2024).
Feedback
Feedback
Staff Feedback Is Important
• Reactions to observations and evaluations should be provided within 24 to 48 hours.
Subjective feedback is not what's needed here.
Positive and helpful criticism is what's needed.
For staff development and successful instructor advancement, feedback is essential.
• Comments must be truthful, helpful, and kind; personal opinions should not be included.
