SMART GOALS
1. The 7- day free trial period allowing customers to take home a series 7 Apple watch will
begin July 1st, 2022 and will end on December 30th, 2022. We plan to increase sales of
non- Apple watch users by 15% and will use the data from the trials to update what is
being used on the app.
2. We will have 50 trial spots available, and each member must choose at least 3 apps they
will use daily and be in the age ranges of 18-39. Whoever signs up must sign a contract
stating that they aren't an apple watch user or if the watch isn't returned and/or are
damaged, they will be charged. The contract will help us prove the credibility and make
sure our data is accurate.

Measuring our Interim Goals
-Switching our Instagram over to a business profile for insights

-Facebook has different reactions to posts and allows people to reshare

-TikTok shows the amount of shares, likes, comments and views on each video

-For our event, we could get an average headcount of people who walk in the door and we
would be able to keep track of how many people are interested based on the number of
raffle tickets.

We will measure our social media interactions before our event versus after our event and
compare them to see if we made any improvement.
